Ingredients

  • ½ cup apple juice
  • ½ cup water
  • 2 cups baby spinach (packed) washed
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple
  • 3 tablespoon natural yoghurt I use coconut yoghurt
  • juice of ½ lime or lemon

Instructions

  • Add ingredients, starting with the liquids, to a blender. Pop on the lid and blend until smooth.

Notes

For a healthier option, swap the half-cup of apple juice for a small, sweet apple (cored and chopped) and add another half-cup of water.
