1cupall-bran Originalnot the flakes, you want the sticks
2heaped tablespoons malt extract syrup
½teaspoonvanilla extract
water as needed
Instructions
In a food processor, blitz the roasted almonds to a rough crumb
Add the bran cereal and blitz again.
Add the malt extract.
With the processor running, slowly add water until the mixture comes together.
Line a baking tray with parchment.
Roll the malt mixture in to even sized balls and set in the freezer for 30 minutes to set. The fridge works too but will take longer.
Optional - roll the balls in cacao powder or melt dairy free free chocolate over a double boiler and dip each balls. Enjoy.
