Biscoff Milkshake (Vegan)

Ready in minutes, this vegan Biscoff milkshake is thick, creamy, and so addictive. Perfect year round, this lightly spiced caramel treat will have you licking the glass.

Ingredients 

For the Biscoff Milkshake

  • 1 cup dairy-free milk (ice-cold)
  • 2 cups dairy-free vanilla ice cream
  • 3-4 tablespoon Biscoff spread
  • ½ cup ice optional
  • tiny pinch salt optional

Instructions

  • Pop all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and ice-cold.

Optional Biscoff Drizzle

  • To take this Biscoff shake to the next level, pop around ¼ cup of Biscoff spread in a microwavable bowl and heat in 10 seconds increments until the spread is pourable. Add half the melted spread to each glass and swirl around the sides, careful not to swirl too high and lose the lot! Pour in the shake to serve.

Notes

Tips to Making the Ultimate Vegan Milkshake:
Chill your glasses. If you have the room in your freezer, chill tall glasses before making your shake. This means your drink will stay cooler for longer.
Soften the ice-cream. If you've tried to dive into a pint of vegan ice-cream straight from the freezer you'll know it can be an elbow destroying experience. Those bad boys can freeze hard. Leave your dairy-free ice cream out on the counter for 10 minutes or so before going into the blender.
Layer the blender. Layer the ingredients in a blender in this order - milk, Biscoff, softened nice cream and salt.
Start slow and work your way up. Begin blending on a low speed and work your up to medium until your milkshake is thick and smooth.
Have fun. Top your milkshake with dairy-free whipped cream and crushed Biscoff cookies for extra WOW and texture. It's not in the recipe, but you only live once, right?
